"Very Poor service, Journey b/w kishani to Noida change the bus 4 times in the middle of the Road, Staff behaviour is very poor & bad, bus staff has no manner to how to interact with customers, bus staff also use abusing words & threatening language. These people seat 4 people in a sleeper coach meant for a single passenger, and 5 people in a sleeper coach meant for 2 people I would like to appeal to people not to travel in Shivendra Travels bus ।।They charged 450 rupees for the journey from kishani to delhi in A/C sleeper class. But they gave normal seat (in A/C bus) where A/C was not working. Staff behavior was also not satisfactory and none of them paid hardly any attention to my complaint. So please don't fall in their trap of cheap price. Their prices are 400for non- ac and 450 for ac. If you are creating an image of typical ac sleeper bus then it's your mistake because they pic some other people and the whol bus is like general coach of train."

"I had booked 4 sleeper bus tickets from Shivendra Travels to Kishini, Mainpuri to Delhi for which I paid for a 4-seater sleeper. However, we were given a 2-seater sleeper seat whose AC was not working and water was dripping from the roof of the bus. When we asked Shivendra about this, he said that the bus was not functioning properly.We heard Shivendra shouting rudely. He dropped us at Vaishali in Ghaziabad instead of Delhi. My experience with Shivendra Travels was extremely bad and I feel like my money was wasted. I advise others to avoid this travel agency.""
